There is nothing which we like about this company. This is a totally fraud company.

Dislikes

This company did not provide salary to their employees for last 5 months. It's a totally gambling company. They pressurized us to work for 12-14hr and we worked hard to complete deadlines. I worked 7 days in a week for 13 hr each day And when it comes to salary they don't pay us a single rupee from last 5 month. And one day office is also closed and owner of company is not responding any of messages or call

It’s a fraud company… They won’t pay the salaries to employees … They terminate employees after 2 months without any reason and they will say they pay after 60 days … But they won’t pay even a single penny

...hing short of frustrating. Despite working for months, I’ve only received ₹7000. Whenever I asked about my full salary, they kept giving false promises, saying it would be credited “next week,” but it never happened. I stopped working and told them I wouldn’t resume until I got my salary, yet they repeated the same empty promises. To this day, I haven’t been paid. Instyn is not a trustworthy company, and I urge others to stay away to avoid being cheated like I was.
