...ed to your work profile. Participation in outside conferences, sessions is poor. Salary and appraisal is pretty much steady and increment(excess) depends on the company performance.

Dislikes

Not much innovation, as most projects are related to maintenance and small client requested enhancements. Only a couple teams are working on building new stuff and experimenting. Office politics plays a major role. Work-life balance for some teams is poor.

ISS is a great place to work at. Amazing and supporting teams, Great culture, work life balance and always motivating to work in an environment where you are appreciated. The learning curve is also great and you get opportunities to develoo skills and talents.

Dislikes

Pay and benefita could be better. HR (not recruitment team, they are great) team could be more active and supportive.

...k in the ESG team. Very good work culture. Work life balance is one of the best. good Salary hike given on new hire, but yearly appraisals are less than 10% on average. Not much learning opportunities but work is good and bosses are not micro managing.
