It's my first college job, before this had worked in many schools, but the work culture here is very smooth. And main problem everyone face after lockdown was financial crisis, but they secured our financial front, and provided us the salary and not deducted a single penny.

Nothing much, dislike is the environment. When you worked here then it's almost impossible for you to work anywhere else. So, for me it's a backoff option. You get lazy, and you know that no one is going to scold you for any mistakes because they trust you. This you will not get in other organisation

I had the worst experience in IPS. They don't have a work culture and the management is worst than expected. They will not let you talk to your male colleagues. They have a low mentality. Would not suggest anyone work there.

This is a most important part of University of Allahabad, belongs to professional studies in various courses in the fields of IT, Food,Media& Fashion. The most important part is that the company having very disciplined way of learning and for our staff too.
