They provide contractual jobs which cannot be converted to permanent. There should be more openings for freshers as well as experience personnel.

It has contributed a lot in terms of research and development and continued to fulfill the country's needs in select areas such as microbiology, immunology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, protein sciences, structural biology, genomics, cell biology, etc.

Dislikes

Only disappointing thing is that there is no growth and development for project fellows. PhD students don't give eqal treatment to them.
