I worked with IMT-Nagpur as an assistant professor and it is a great place to work for, I had a very good time working there. The entire system is very supportive and the at the same time they expect you to perform (as it should be) . The students are average but now efforts are going on to increase student quality. These days research is given more weight in the overall performance. The staff is very supportive and helpful. Overall this is one of the best management institutes to work for.

I love the fact that I was a part of a team and became a senior there .I really enjoyed my work and healthier environment my boss is a very much caring and sweet not like other bosses,he doesn't have a bossy nature ,people enjoy to work with him
