Guys.. Spoken English from LKG to 10th. Salary is very less, salary is enough only for 2bhk house rent. Other expenditure who will give? Don't spoil your career. They don't ever think about employees. No basic facility in the company. No rest room. I felt bad working here. Worst company.

...a great diffrence... Team work make us to stand very confident in any situation. Salary is okay but cutoffs depends on our performance so we must give our best in all the ways.

Working is decent but growth and pressure depends definitely on how we work and how we accept them...I love to travel but it came down because of sudden visits to the office for meetings manier times made me little uncomfortable.

Training period was awesome; however, when we get into workstation work load is no where compatible with the salary offered. Aside a big thumbs down for company culture and salaries offered, this a good platform for youngsters who wish to pursue career in Soft Skills Training.

Work culture and too much of gossiping on irrelevant and inappropriate issues.

Working with ILM was great experience. It enhance the skills of an individual with all aspects like confidence,hardwork,work management,event management and good interactive skills.

There was no good hike in salary and no CL's
