I have been working with Instellars for the past two years, and it is an excellent company in terms of motivating and engaging with employees. Both the CEO and COO are incredibly supportive and approachable. I directly report to the COO, who consistently teaches us new methods and actively works alongside us every step of the way. Similarly, the CEO is highly supportive and always available when needed, even during holidays or weekends. He is willing to attend meetings at odd hours, including late at night in his time zone, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

They have taken me offering me a project but after joining they haven’t done project allocation and said after few months that they don’t have any projects we are firing you like that,hr management is not responsive

Didn't expect such a warm welcome. To be honest I am very much impressed by the way everyone received me. The work, the way of working, the team, everything made me super comfortable. Excited for the future.
