...client that they work on lod 350 to 500 but they don't even know they lod 300. And whoever goes by giving a proper resign from the company, they have never given salary to them, also experience certificates. They shamelessly cut the salary without giving any valid reason. Your skills and qualifications doesn't have any value there. They treat there old employee in this manner what u can expect with newcomer This was my experience with this company i worked there more then 5.5years

People with good knowledge in structural design & detailing please stay away. It works on 'jugaad' only. You don't have any place there.

Overall INSTEEL as a Company. They show they are expart in steel design but they don't a minimum strength to design a PEB structure. The MD Mr. Raju Jagtap doesn't have a minimum knowledge of construction business. If anyone asks a steel price... He simply says " Suyog ko puchu" .....INSTEEL shows they r big company having design built solution but as per my understanding, they r as good as street side labour contractor......

The director Raju doesn't know anything about steel construction. If anything asked about quotation, he says talk to Suyog ......they know how to work in a labour basis .....this is their limitations.... Moreover Raju & Suyog is a cheater....they have not given my 47k. Be careful about Raju ,Suyog and INSTEEL

Positive culture in HSE Culture. Conducted the safety motivational incentives implementation of documentation and responsibilities of rules of Employees. In every three month's conducting the internal audit and every 06 one mock drill and external audit.
