If u your just looking for salary then u can join company. This company is not professional and there is no internal support from management. Always blaming in on employee good or bad. There will be work life balance. There is no social life. Management is more like 3rd class category with stupidity.

I am not able to recollect myself with the good things about this company Instaprint SARL, Kinshasa(DRC)

The interview process started withe the questionaire and the selection was done as per the corperate level. I was happy to see my self selected but the problem stared when I reached there at the at the location. The company is too small as smaller as thier mindset. They tell you that it will be shared accomodation but its actually shared room (2 people in 1 small room). The rest is common for all 12/15 members from operator to executives, manager all at same place. So there is no cleaniness, hygene. Have to deal with the cooks who are local people(they will do as per they like and not cook well). They will cook for 1 times and have to eat the same thing for the whole day. If u need anything u have to cook by yourself. Coming to the official part of the company. There is no professionlism, no hierarchy followed no repect or support. They will leave u to do whatever u want. Kinshasa is very costly city and 200$ is enough for the local expense which is much compare to other countries of Africa. If your only objective to just earn money on the cost of giving up the self respect, no objecting of growth u can join this company.8 4 6 0 1 5 9 9 8 1

i like work environment, my supervisor ok also, not so bad, no travel time to work, flexible on leave and sunday can enjoy sometimes

away from india, family not with me, local people cannot cook indian food
