It's genuinely a good to work with . You can easily stay here for lifetime if you are not a person of growth mindset .if you like to live in your comfort zone . It would be a good company .

Not much . It's a overall good company .but company doesn't have It support . Company don't spend on employees learning. Because it's a startup company may be in future this things will improve . because everything takes time.

Likes

They care more about an employee future. Managers conduct weekly training to freshers on their own interest to develop their skills. Srinivasan sir trains a team to perform well and uplifting South Branch. Management open their ears by hearing each and every employee review and fulfilling their requirements.

my reporting manager was good, she taught many things and shared many experiences. she helped me to get new skills.

Dislikes

the location is very bad and the team lead and the manager don't know how to talk. it seems they are uncivilized. they will ask you to flirt with client for orders. they will call you on Sunday and shout on you for different department work. they will torture you if you will complete your work then they will offer you other department works. office is very small and only one washroom is there for men and women that to dirty. there is no place to eat you have to sit in warehouse. there was no HR the time i joined after 5 months there was one HR in pune branch that too intern. overall i wont recommend this company to any fresher.
