- Operations head is a very cunning person, he will start targeting people who doesn't report to him directly. I was one of his victims. - They promote undeserved people and gives very very huge hikes. - They don't take actions against unethical stuffs.

Middle-level management is the worst and not supportive at all. Especially process improvement head company need to Focus on. He is creating very bad culture in the team. Advice to company to focus on Delhi team

Honestly, you will not find better people, drive & opportunities, I like the working environment, brainstorming with the team, professionalism, unconditional Management support, future growth mindset, good for all the employees, and especially, providing the job to the needy people.
