Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary .

There's nothing to like.

Dislikes

The employees are 20-22 year old boys and girls even those who are 25+ they act like school/college going people. There's no professional work environment. The employees have personal vendetta against each other and aren't very welcoming. They all doesn't have etiquettes how to talk. The office is situated in a horrible place infact it's a basement in a local colony. The basement is in a shady street. There's delay in salary. They give you salary after 15th of the month and only if you ask them. After begging I received my final salary after 50+ days. THEY SUCK AS A COMPANY.
