There is not a single company like Instaconects it doesn't give you job security its owner can take your job whenever he wants I"ve never got my salary on time And as I know not a single employee got his/her salary on time not a single time. Its been more than 1 year since I left my job from Instaconects and yet I haven't got my 1 month salary and my FNF amount. And whenever we go for asking our money its owner behave like I owe him something and talks very rudely. I don't think working in Instaconects is good for anyone. I haven't met any single person in my life who is satisfied with Instaconects company. I believe if a employee is working hard enough so he or she should be treated like that but its owner treated its employees like servents. I am glad that I left Instaconects and joined somewhere else.
