This company is a fraud. The company runs with various names like Zielhoch, insplore, AIM, TLS and various other with same employees. The no. of employees is 15 and they force you to purchase their policy & if not then they will terminate you and give false information to the placement cells of the college.

Dislikes

Everything. They didn't even have a good office. They just rent 2-3 rooms and make them office like what we can say a coaching centre with employees who forced students to purchase their own policy.

It is a fraud organisation. They provide internships to students so that they can sell insurance for them . At the very beginning , one of the fraudsters Chinmay Dev Tiwari will Cajole you with his sweet words and later will be threatening you to purchase policy for him or else will terminate / give less marks . Their Director Himalaya Sethi comes and speaks to you but doesnt have the spine to show his office . They promise stipends at the time of joining but never give it . If you want to ruin your time and career then you can join otherwise save yourself. They even run another organisation in the name of Agile Capital Services based at Pitampura where you will find the same fraudsters there .Don't fall into their trap of fake ratings .

I was given different tasks/assignments daily and was asked to complete in certain time period. Questions were followed from the assignments and GD went on in the sessions.

Dislikes

Pressuring interns to pitch the client about the product without proper training and constant phone calls from the superiors about the aforementioned.

I had done my internship from Feb to mid may, The overall performance of the company is good. Behaviour of all staff are very friendly. I learnt many new things during my internship period. During my internship period it was work from home due to COVID.

As i was a finance student they told us to do sales as it is compulsory.

Don't fall in this trap They recruit students from management colleges and ask to sell insurance. This is not internship it's fraud in name of that. No assurance that you will get a certificate
