Excellent work environment and friendly culture. Working under great and supportive team specially manager and team head. During Covid, Company has been assured job security, provided work from home and didn't cut off single penny and taking regular updates on health.

Dislikes

Nothing, honestly. It never feel like work. It always like we provide service and we do our best as our duty.

Supporting teammates, flexible working hours and easy accessibility to the higher management where you are open to sharing your views.

Dislikes

I have worked with a professional service department. They do not have enough skilled resource who can drive the projects. The sales are closed with wrong commitment knowing the facts though team do not possess a required skill for delivering the solution. Most of the SOW does not give clarity on deliverable ending up the life of PS team miserable. Also, job security is a major concern with the organization, I have seen some of the senior-most resources even at the higher position have been asked to move out. No induction process in the company, they just provide access to an employee handbook for referring to the company policy.

1. There is no career growth. 2. No learning exposure. 3. There is no corporate culture / policies. 4. No innovation, worst working environment. 5. Never expect job security from this company. 6. Always micro management. 7. My suggestion for those who are willing to join this company: Please make sure you have the backup job offer. 8. Company doesn't have a clear vision, mission or milestone.

Company Culture, Perks and Location was excellent.

Dislikes

The management is very poor with no vision for future. They only listen your suggestion but they don't execute the same though there is an opportunity. So, I won't recommend anyone to join this company.
