Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

Nothing new to learn after you 1 month. I suggest you to not apply if your are in early stage of your career no one will be there to help you if you stuck in your work so I suggest you to go for some tough working environment where you can learn new things and after 5 or 7 years you can apply there in low salary as retirement :-)

I had worked over there for 3 weeks and the condition was so terrible that i could not continue more than that firstly the owner and hod of bba treats everyone as his personal servant.he asks everyone to either work his way or take the highway.plus there is no work life balance people can ask you to stay very long if there is anyone coming for admission at 8 pm.
