Nothing. Everyone here including CXOs are also passing time. Absolutely no work to do in Hyderabad. Everyone comes to office to have free lunch and bit*h about everyone else. Avoid at all costs.

Dislikes

The top boss here at Hyderabad is waste. All the senior managers make fun of him at all times. Bad culture starts from there. All the managers and enior managers are here just to shout on junior folks. Even if someone wants to do any meaningful work, there is no scope. VPs at atlanta get a big cut from vendors, so they never try to remove contractors. This offshore location exists, so that they can pass some blames.

A lot of positives are erased with bad leadership at HSC.

Dislikes

Serious POSH violators as a director at HSC. Treats all women employees as a pleasure object. Not safe for women employees!!! Be thoughtful of this. The org structure is not a flat one

Dislikes

There's a lot of politics in management with no adherence to company's policy. No proper documentation or anything. Culture wise it's very horrible and people around or higher management, plays a lot of politics with no support to individuals. Bottom line, you'll never be confident about your job security or satisfied with your job.
