Improper manpower arrangements Poor coordinations Zero job security Less appraisals Hr has no role Join only if ur ready to get fired without any reason. Only if u ll get a good hike at the time of joining. And always keep on searching if u have joined as if u don't had any option while joining.

Work life balance. Reach office strictly by 10am leave by 7. 1 min late means salary deducted

...Never seen such miserly organisation ever in my life. No professional behaviour. Salary of half person but work of 5 people. cried for basic things like drinking water and tissue paper, stating too much drinking water is being ordered. They have no regards for employee life. There is water leakage in washroom light and we could see electricity jumping through the light panel. Monsoon went by but they didn't repair it. There was fire was well in the office site as well. Attrition rate is abnormally very high. Compensation was disgusting. They ask to bring our own laptop for work and only if we buy windows 11 professional and Microsoft office that was worth 11,000 + they would provide 2000rs per month for laptop reimbursement. Dont join the organisation before proper documentation of everything that is being said on paper and mail by their business email ID

Management is hopeless with their high attitude..there is a job insecurity into sales dept. they will hire for some other role and as per their mood they will change of your job profile. Favouritism and politics on higher level.. you have to be puppet of head’s if you want secure your job. I would not recommend to join at any cost.. Hope less HR Team pathetic they are.. ignore their job post..
