There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is very slow. Increment always occurred in every 2 to 3 years. After increment also need to accept 1 year of bond.

You would get an hands on experience on the live data set of the core banking industry, you will be able to elevate the skills you possess if you are into the tech department. You can be the jack of all trades and master of one here.

Dislikes

Salary is the main issue here , even if you try to resign you will be liable to pay the increment amount of your recent salary. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t even care about it. Your managers won’t even care about the work you do and won’t let strech your back. 0% work life balance. Kindly do not look up for this company if you like to travel or have friends There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Company says that you will be having an extensive on the job training but the same is not true.

Great for learning payment gateway modules like Merchant onboarding, Reconciliation, Settlement, Interchange, Accounting etc.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotion takes lot of time(years). Also salary not upto market standard

It’s a good company for fresher people and gain some experience without any kind of work pressure. Here doesn’t have huge work pressure so that u can work freely and comfortablly so you can develop your skill and knowledge and build ur career. Here seniors are very supportive, caring and helpful. Seniors are takes pressure away from you.

Salary is too low, not a very good increament system and not a good career growth for experienced holder

Less pay.. No appraisal... No proper salary structure... No bonus.... Need to serve 3 month notice period (No leave deduction, Only 3 leaves allow in NP)😡 They are paying approx. 4 lacs to fresher but old employee with 3 yrs getting only 3.6-4.5 lac only and employees with 4-5 yrs experience taking only 6-7 lac but company paying upto 14-16 lacs to new comers who having 3-5 yrs experience
