... can only exit in September to October. Other than those months you cannot exit. If you wish to leave, you need to pay 3 months salary. Tremendous work pressure but no support from seniors. Can survive only if you are rajnikanth.

I have been working for insnap for over a year and a half and I must say that over company has an amazing policy of equality and yes, they practice what they preach. But the best part about Insnap is that great and supportive work culture. Our team leaders is encourage us to do a lot more activities apart from day to day regular project work.

In Insnap there are less onsite opportunities, no flexible timings and no good pay hikes.

Fake promises, fake people, fire at will, managers keep fighting among themselves, subsequent remorseful messages for delay in salary, PF deduction's instant but literally don't put money in PF Account(in my whole career span in this company didn't credit a single penny in PF. But, deducted from salary every single month)

I appreciate that all the employees and employers here at Insnap are open to feedback and suggestions. It is infact a great place to learn new skills that can highly benefit for the rest of our professional lives. I also like that the management is never tired or hesitate to offer goodies, special treats to the employees regularly.

There is a certain level of planning that is absolutely required for any company to thrive. Such planning is neglected here. The term micromanagement is hidden and coated with positive terms. All such things can be completely rectified, however, the most bothersome fact is the preference of quantity over quality.

I've thoroughly enjoyed working at InSnap for the past six months. Starting as an intern and now serving as an SEO specialist, InSnap has proven to be an ideal place for acquiring new skills. The team is fantastic, and the level of training and support has been excellent. The fast-paced environment has been both challenging and motivating, significantly enhancing my skillset.
