No issues creating for leaves.... understandable people...best for freshers passout girls and boys and also experienced people... Many gov project in this company...they give chances to employees to learn lots of this as employees carrier growth requirements. Manager , hr , seniors are professional and supportive.. lots of cultural activities are there Thank you insight buisness machines private limited .

Insight Business Machines is a very good place to work. Honestly, the management is very good. HR and Senior HR and remaining faculty is amazing, helping nature, good place to gain experience and skills. And, if you have a good organization either as a vendor side or main company too, you are luck. My most fav person is HR Sandeep sir and Sn. HR sajid sir.

Very bad management. I my life this 1st company who is the bad responsibility and bad management specially HR and the SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER SO CHEAPEST people.

Bad management and so much politics only who people survive this organization who is so much chatus and cheapskate.

HR at company has misunderstandings, training not facilitated. Though on the job training provided but company has to provide their workshop training or specific and separate training.

Company culture on celebration of functions or any activity is good.

Dislikes

Very unrealistic behaviour and unstructured company. no proper job discription, no work flow Everyone intervention in everyone work. Does not clear dues. No reporting pattern. Intership hires no proper agenda or jobs given as per hiring. No coffee, use of less milk, no coffee more than 2 cups, no proper title given. They will promise you one thing and give you another.
