Timings are 9:30 AM - 7:15 PM plus you have to take permission before leaving.

They do train you and make sure you gain experience and knowledge about all sectors.

Dislikes

...you to complete targets and cancel work from home for employees unable to do it. They also make you pay for company lunches and force you to treat the whole team of 30 people to lunch after you’ve made a mistake. Horrible work culture… I quit after struggling for 8 months.

Working at IA has been a truly rewarding experience. The major thing I dislike which is very common in a corporate world is taking leaves apart from thing everything works fine

This role is good for people starting out in this Industry. Good culture, good work life balance and amazing growth opportunities for people looking to make a career in Expert networking and Client handling.

Not a core research role. The research done is secondary mainly by recruiting the best candidate for the short term engagements.

I met some great people here. That's probably the only positive thing that came out of working here.

Dislikes

- Working environment is pathetic, while you're working from home they make you work from 9:30 - 8 and also on most Saturday's (after saying they're 5 days working during the interview) and also on national holidays. You will always have to beg and pray for leaves and come up with long stories even for a single day leave. - The management is extremely poor (at least it was in my team). There was a lot of partiality and your work depends on the projects you get. If you're not in the good books of managers you'll get bad projects and regardless of how hard you work you won't meet targets. - There is a lot of office politics - Output of your work mostly depends on luck not on how much work you're putting in - There is tooo much of MICROMANAGEMENT. - This is a BPO only. You'll just be making calls the entire day.
