... didn't allow me to have an opportunity to experience the only perks I fell for. I got a decent hike cause my salary was terribly low. Don't know if it's a perk.

The company does not maintain any professional ethics. The communication lines are one-sided, extremely rigid and rude. The company hierarchy is opaque. The managers do not follow torture as way of delegation. There is no mentorship. It's scary to work in a company like inshorts

Good work-life balance, with a decent leave policy and two week offs.

Dislikes

1. Lack of salary hikes: We're not even allowed to discuss it. During review time, we're simply informed that hikes aren't possible due to the global recession. 2. Job insecurity: There's no guarantee of job stability. 3. Poor leadership: Seniors often seem uninformed, yet we're expected to follow their instructions without questioning

Likes

I loved the work culture and supportive management at Inshorts. The HR department was exceptionally professional and responsive, unlike many other companies. My colleagues, team lead, and manager were amazing to work with. The company genuinely valued its employees, offering gift hampers for work anniversaries, thoughtful gifts on birthdays, and ensuring a warm welcome for new joiners and a respectful exit process. Throughout my time there, I never felt any undue pressure, making it a great place to work.

Dislikes

I had a great experience at Inshorts and didn't find anything to strongly dislike. The work culture, management, and team support were all excellent. Any challenges faced were just part of the usual workflow and never felt overwhelming.

Work culture is great but they can fire you all of a sudden with any reason however your performance feedback is being appreciated.

Tons of work pressure, operational challenge and appraisal 3-4% yearly. They demand 100% accurate work but at the time of appraisal you will get a mail about global recession. Hence your appraisal will be about 4%. Before the time of appraisal, support members are forced to give resign in unprofessional manner on a watsapp call.
