The company does not maintain any professional ethics. The communication lines are one-sided, extremely rigid and rude. The company hierarchy is opaque. The managers do not follow torture as way of delegation. There is no mentorship. It's scary to work in a company like inshorts

Work culture is great but they can fire you all of a sudden with any reason however your performance feedback is being appreciated.

Tons of work pressure, operational challenge and appraisal 3-4% yearly. They demand 100% accurate work but at the time of appraisal you will get a mail about global recession. Hence your appraisal will be about 4%. Before the time of appraisal, support members are forced to give resign in unprofessional manner on a watsapp call.

Benifits for employees like food , travel birthday gifts and other facilities

Dislikes

Worst culture and poor management policies. Vice President does not come regular office but force to others employees. Does not have any knowledge on news but they are trying to run a news app

Company culture is good. No pressure or tortures.

Dislikes

Can't learn anything new. Even team leads are not having basic designing software knowledge, no design knowledge. People doesn't take care of our suggestions, ideas or concepts. No discussion about new topics. And no performance based promotion or hike.
