There was no employee hierarchy system, no job security top management involve in all things, they can reduced salary, incentives in case of little bit mistake happened by employee even they can shift to provisional period, no matter from how log to working, they don't give any required document to employee if he left the company.

Dislikes

at during my period there was problem in employee hierarchy and working profile as well, no standard to work, company working style is just as Lala Company, management involve in all thing.

I believe it is the best place to work at. The environment and the workplace is really positive & vibing that it seems like a perfect place to work at!!! Management is really cooperative and understanding. They value the efforts and ideas of every employee and open for the solutions to proliferate the standard of the company. INSCOL is not just an office but the emotions, passion, perseverance, togetherness and the strength which bestows the best work culture with lots of engagement activities like trips, events, functions celebration and all. The best part about this organisation is that it provides bi-annual increment which acts like a motivation for the employees

Dislikes

I don't really think, INSCOL has anything to dislike about, rather I believe the company modifies and foster the weaknesses timely which makes it a best place to work at!

Business owner is a spoiled kid who does't want to work but he has to because his father said so. All the organisation is managed by the managers only and they provide employees feedback as per their mood and favoritism and same implies for your increment and leave encasement. No matter how hard and efficiently you work if you have any serious problem like medical condition i.e. operation or any other family problems the will not provide you leaves and probably terminate you without any cause. In a nutshell INSCOL sucks so hard.

Too many bosses, internal politics and conflict, leave is always an issue even in case of emergency, overburdened with work. Meetings and reports besides the daily work
