Join it if you want a salary by pleasing the boss ,middle managers especially those located in Hyderabad are pathetic and there is a lot of TT(Telugu Telugu) culture,petty politics is common and misinformation to US management is an everyday affair.But the US management is also indifferent to employees complaints

Likes

Work is less pressure sometimes. Those times we get to enjoy and no one questions about what we do. Leads are capable and are good. Few of them understands their juniors' problems and give them space.

Dislikes

Micromanagement to the T. Culture is border level toxic. Unplanned features half cooked releases for the sake of customer. Few people in the upper echelons might disregard the common man´s time. No defined process other than for micromanaging people.

Likes

Salary was good but not been given on time since 2 year, please note that its from the begaining and not due to covid situation .

Dislikes

Culture was toxic, Micromanagement, No time Management, No after sales service or reports been given to clients. Attitude of company towards clients requirement was very bad which is " My company my rules". Keeping illegal employees without workpermit and accusing employees when asked for workpermit. No medical or job security for employees on husband visa.CEO and one old staff loves to gossip and make environment unhealthy. Overall experience was toxic to work with this startup company.

Good Environment. Good start for the freshers able to learn new things and on new technologies. Over all best company for the freshers.

Dislikes

I have to work 12 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into the night.
