I liked how friendly and open everyone was and the overall work environment that was harboured by everyone in the company. I also liked how involved the seniors were and it did not feel as though they were separate from the junior employees. The tasks given were well thought out and subject to my experience level, sufficient time was given to complete each task and showcase where my competencies lie. I was able to apply practically what I learnt theoretically and it was represented as a hands-on experience.
