As a Application engineer in service Department involved in product testing and customer technical support, staying with my company for over 8 years has been rewarding for several reasons i) Technical Growth, ii)Customer Interaction, iii)Innovation and Improvement, iv) Team collaboration v) company culture and stability. staying with the company for more than 8 years has allowed me to deeply integrate into the organization, contribute meaningfully to our products and services, and develop professionally in a field I am passionate about.

I Have been here for 2.5 years now and im very happy to work with this orgainisation as it is more like a family and more comfortable to work with. They care for your preoffessional and personal growth and will help and support you at there best. Very friendly management and very happy to be in this organisation for more time.

The only thing which i suggest is to provide more benefits to the employees in the means of pension policies and paternal/maternal leaves so that any employee will not fear to change the organisation.

I have joined Inphase 5 Years back am writing my opinions based on my experience. 1. Its a Indian MSME company with highly passionate directors who is looking to take company to the global level. 2. You will be having good work life balance. 3. Management and other employees value your opinions and feedback, which gives good working environment. 4. Always there will be a new Product development, which makes work more interesting. 5. Adoptability to the new technology.
