... our country. I'm highly disappointed the way they are treating their employees. Salary delayed for more than 4 months or more there is no date for salary even they are not releasing fnf for the employees who left the organization. All this because the owner diverted public and invester money into their account highly toxic and unethical company not recommended even they offer you on 200% hike.

Salary Delay, because Renewable Energy Sector seeking down in India. Government of India has been changed to Policy of Renewable Energy Sector. In the sector all companies has challenging to grow him self.

...rk is going on as usual. No one cares if you do or don’t do. It’s up to you. And you don’t have to think about your salary. It will credit to your account at about 3 months intervals. No one cares if you come to the office, not come to the office. So it's totally fun. Everyone should experience this fun. Because there is no life without fun. All the best.

I think company is least bother about employee welfare and prolonged salary delay is the major concern. Some of the non systematic approch is creating chaos at project site and eventually huge pressure for everyone.

No such work pressure. Free to do anything you are interested. However, no such positive vibes because salaries are not on time

Unable to pay salaries on time to it's employees of all levels. No yearly increment.
