...on't see any growth in your career and nobody cares your experience and advices. There is no salary hike and there is no job guarantee in this company. Every quarter you will listen there is no job security from your manager. No one will help you to grow and no one care your hard work. Worst company in my entire IT career.

No work life balance ,working for almost all the day and still was treated like a slave.No respect and no opportunity to speak,but only work. No job safety, managers have no Power in their hands. Nobody deserves to work at such a place Just for money.

It's a product based company so no work pressure and had full of work life balance. we work on agile culture had good communication with the Product and other teams as well.

Dislikes

Managers and HRs are together as a team doing politics and employee should be manager friendly otherwise ur Job will be in danger. They don't bother about performance of the employee
