...working overtime became a daily requirement rather than an occasional necessity. Employees were compelled to stay beyond regular working hours, often without proper compensation or recognition even then we were motivated and work overtime on daily basis.

In this workplace, employees are often required to work overtime. However, if an employee, due to illness or personal reasons, refuses to work beyond regular hours, the boss retaliates in various ways. Employees who deny overtime occasionally face increased work pressure, false allegations, and mental harassment. The boss also uses experience letters as a tool for coercion. Some employees who have worked diligently for two years, often doing 12-hour shifts, have been denied their rightful experience letters. In some cases, the boss deliberately included false accusations in their experience letters, tarnishing their professional records. Moreover, employees who refuse to work overtime daily have even faced termination. Despite their hard work and dedication, they are dismissed without proper justification. One particularly distressing incident involved an employee who resigned and completed their entire notice period. On the last day of employment, the boss and HR forcefully ended the employee’s duty more than halfway through the day but falsely documented it as a half-day in the official records. Additionally, they subjected the employee to mental harassment by stating in the experience letter that the duty was "ended" rather than "resigned." Throughout that day and even after working hours, the employee was mentally harassed. Left with no choice, the employee had to seek police intervention to get the experience letter corrected. This kind of workplace behavior is highly unethical and abusive, violating basic employee rights. Such treatment not only affects employees' mental well-being but also jeopardizes their career prospects.

Work culture is amazing. You’ll get to learn a lot here. You just need to be consistent and devote your dedication and the rest will come to you. People here are awesome and you’ll definitely feel yourself at home. More and less if you get a chance to work here don’t leave it just grab it.

There are no such dislikes or problems you’re gonna face in this company. So just don’t hesitate and accept the offer.

I had worked on several other IT companies, but in this company I actually got an easy going environment and also all the other team members are supportive. I have got plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and expand my knowledge. I would highly recommend to other who is looking for job in IT job.

In starting when I joined this company they don't provide work from home to other candidates, but they are providing now as per market requirement.

I dislike things in iNoid Solutions which is there is no soft skill program here that needs to develop soft skills (communication) in every developer. the best part of the professional life is a communication skill which needs to be improved
