There is literally nothing to like. No work life balance, worst company culture, micromanagement, no additional perks and benefits, useless HR department, rude upper management, no job security

... tissues, no free cookies or biscuits( there was no paid lunch during lockdown). Expect to come in early, late, do night shifts without allowance or transport, no perks, bonus other than yearly appraisals( single digit) or if you have another offer letter Expect to login by system time but logout when there is no other work( just not within your team) you are moved from one role to another where you have 0 expertise

For freshers It is a very good company. Good learning environment. Salary on time.

Work culture is not good. Excess loads of work for a single person. Not good for experience people. No or very less appraisal.

There is nothing to like working in Innoviti Technologies Pvt Ltd,it is just that I got to learn something new in this company Thats It.

There are a lot of dislikes like salary not coming on time, claims not coming on time,There is no growth in this company whether it is salary or position , Incentive Plan is just to showoff, if you think that you can gave 100% to the company to earn incentive then you will be Wrong, at The End Company Became Safe From Our Side and In Last Company Will Says To That you are not eligible for incentives even though you are..... The company can fire you at any time without giving you any advance salary, they have only two points, if someone's performance is good then they will tell you the postion is closed . If someone's minor performance goes down, they will give you a warning letter and fire you from the job at anytime. I have worked for 3 years and this is a true review from my side.

...rtunities with high accountability work, every little success has huge payoffs. Salary and compensation is amazing considering industry standards.

Not for everyone, experience may not matter but the ability to turn things around does. Pick your priorities right, it does matter here.
