WHEN IT TIME FOR APPRAISAL, YOU WONT GET ANYTHING ABOVE 3-4% TOXIC WORKING CULTURE.. STAY AWAY FROM THUS ORGANIZATION. THE MANAGEMENT HAVE STUPID POLITICS AND STUPID RELATION WITH MULTIPLE WOMAN, ARE YOUNG GIRLS ARE SO IMMATURE HELPLESS IN A HOPE TO GET GOOD RAISE DONT KNOW WHAT ALL THEY HAVE TO DO. RESPECTING WOMAN AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IS ONE THING, BUT THIS COMPANY ALWAYS IGNORES FEMALE STAFF AND THEIR EXCUSES, BLOODY PAINFUL PLACE TO WORK AT. STAY AWAY !!
