To take leaves is a big struggle even if you have leaves. No pay slips. No other benefits than in hand salary like PF, insurance and all No job security. No appreciation and recognition.

If we have work from home then it will be so better right. We are giving 100% organization also and I request you to please try to keep work from home also than so many employee can work in innovexic technology, I really very happy to work with you, if it is work from home I will be join immediately. I really like to work with you.

I am joined before couple of months and I worked as a product executive servicer come chat support, and I am really glad to these experince from innovexic technology. Fresher don't join for this company, because they will not provide good environment and good vibes, heavy work pleaser come less salary. And company will terminated me while I am working without any reason it's a very hurt for us. The company will not provide safety for us commitment.

There’s nothing to like about this company. They will torture you like hell if you can’t meet the requirements.

Everything. We don’t get to see any of their faces be it during interview or during meetings. Recruiting people from India to Dubai and there’s no proper location in Dubai and they also want good looking girls to relocate to Dubai I feel this company is a scam Guys please be careful before joining. In a matter of 2 months i left this company. Taking leave is such a big pain we can’t take our own leave also they will deduct it from our monthly salary.
