Bonding with the teammates was good here as everyone here comes mostly from the same background. Job security is not here as company is facing through projects shortage currently but hope it will get back on track.

Career growth is not there as it's a very small company and you can't get promoted until and unless your senior resigns.

The Management is excellent, employees are not only taken care professionally but there is an inclination towards Personal Growth. Opportunities to grow. No discrimination any where

There is a little bit of Politics but that's every where. I wont find it negative.

Company is good. I like the environment of the company. Team mates and the manager are too good to work with. Everyone is so helpful, you get many opportunities and things to learn. Career growth is good in this company. I feel like home and team mates are not less than the family.

When i joined there were few good seniors was available but few months they left the job from their and work place was not good all the time when i was there

Managers ,Team Leaders not helpful at all their when they are facing any kind of complaints on them then they blame the agent who are working
