The people are very kind and generous, I have met amazing people with rather amuzing mindset. I love the time I have spent here with these lovely people.

Dislikes

Its a small company and growth wise (compensation), I don't see drastic increments here solely depends on the work that has been brought by the small team and also the HR is the accountant of the company and the accountant is also the HR for the company.

Things which I like about this company is that you will get the chance to learn a lot. You can give your opinion for marketing strategies. And colleagues were supportive. Manager is experienced and very understanding

Dislikes

Firstly, CEO hide things from me regarding my job profile. He hired me for a client, and my salary was paying by that client. He told me that i have to work with this client as a trial (which is a lie). Then the client and ceo got in a disputes and ceo decided to end this contract. I was so worried what will happen next. Then he discussed with COO and decided to let me work with the company it self. Then he promised me to provide training, but he didn't. I started working for company, and from the very 1st day he starts putting pressure on me. Atleast you should give employees time to understand the product, or give proper training. Plus, pay was very very less. And he was planning to send me on field with such a low salary. There is no job security, whenever any employee, whether he or she is in digital or graphics, take leave for more than one day, ceo starts searching for other alternative. It is not fair. They record only in-time. If an employee is late by 15mins, they cut your salary, but if you work even after office hours, they don't consider that. And most probably they made you to wait after office hours.

-No work life balance -No appraisal or hike in salary -You get your salar cut if you come 15 mins late, but don't get paid overtime. -CEO doesn't understand half the things. -The list goes on and on and om.

Likes

I had a great colleagues and teamwork was one of the best part of company. You will get your salary on time and they let you learn and give you time to learn. Work environment is good not much of stress.

Dislikes

You will get your salary on time but they will try their level best to cut it off by late marks. There is no appraisal nor perk or return for extra work and overtime. They want you to be in office by 10 but when it comes to leaving time they want you to do overtime and its like everyday. Also they don't give you holidays not even on national holidays and there is no Saturday off which odd for digital agency. In short there is not work-life balance at all.
