Pathetic culture, abusive peoples, harrasment on the name of deadlines, corrupt managers, have to work extra 1-2 hrs daily, sometimes 3-4 that too volenteery. Zero life balance, they ruined personal life.

:- For Project management there is not any extra benefit except salary. :- Generally all projects on Saturday / Sunday where there is not any over time amount paid , Only Comp off Generated, :- No Incentive for Project management candidate. :- Company need to Payment software for smooth Vendors payment.

...you don't have any other option, then only join. Not very good place to work. They will offer you good salary as compared to other small companies but you gonna loose your mental peace.

No fix rules, I was told to have alternate saturdays off, but as soon as I joined they told me now we are working from office all saturdays.

Company is not good for growth and learning. Management is not cooperative to guide employees and become better at work. Company wants results from day one. People communicate with foul language in office. Pathetic work culture.

No job security and they do hiring for a specific role and after the completion of project they will ask to move any other department. The employee either leave the job under compulsion or forced to work in another department and also they will not do yearly increments they will excuse we cannot provide this & that salary in this department.
