Psyco is the director of mentality there is no job security, It does not even give salary benefits. It also deducts travel expenses.

They never give salary on time .they never give off on time .they never understand our problem. They fire anyone without any reason. They never respect their junior e.t.c

Worst environment, worstest Hr, they will never listern to your queries, simply you are just paid machines, no matter how much time you work no extra money or no increment possible here, starting will be 8k they say after 3 months we will increase but nothing will happen if you ask them they will terminate you immediately! no job secure worst employees. i recommend to join some other company.
