There is Nothing Good in That company, if we give our 100% also those people will never appreciate they only need a human as robot specially there management level people are worst cause they never treated there employees well and never understand there situation they need only sales whether you are in good or bad position or a situation.

Dislikes

Partiality. Company is run by a hopeless people which they called there self as a management. They want there people to get in a higher position wheather they work or not but because of buttering they are leaving there as a king and queen. And politics is there in a higher version or level those people love to live like that.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. It is a Pharma Company

Dislikes

ompensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, Only Can Hod is working and junior are hopeless it is the thinking of Boss
