The wok is good, people are good, but the office culture is pathetic. No one listens to anyone, HRs are the boos of the company not the CEO.

Worse part is, aamdani atthanni, Kharcha rupayiaa. The pay is already less, the recession is eating us out, and above that, they are calling people office. The office is near there (management) residential spot, they have cars, we come by scooters, traffic, rain, just seems not fair. SHAME ON HR

It is a LALA company owned by Ashish and Manish They can fire you anytime No say of thr HR and will make you sign bonds and will stop your exp letter as well. Never join this company.

Nothing. If you get selected to work in client office and clear the interview then you will get better pay and then the work culture and everything depends on client location. If you don't clear the interview. High chances are that you will be asked to resign if you are not able to clear client interviews.

Hated every second of working here. Not a good place. Bad HR, Horrible Operations. Employee Unfriendly atmosphere. Sycophancy at peak.

...to work. They are co-operative. The best thing is, its 5 days working culture. The pay is on time as they promised. Recently there has been a lots of positive changes. Work from Home.

Could be better in terms of incentive structure. The management structure could be better. No Job security.

So, It was pretty decent experience what I had in InnovationM as a fresher. If you are choosing a small company then your learning & growth is on you. They conduct time to time training sessions which improves productivity and efficiency of the employees. The company continuously strives to improve profits, productivity and performance targets. Also the work culture of the company is very friendly, the colleagues are very supportive and have helping nature.

Dislikes

Medical policy, term insurance not there, yearly bonus not there, awards were not for few client side employees.
