Job security is horrible, work culture is poor, management has no view of employees welfare. HR policy and company policy is completely poor.

Dislikes

Has no bonus, HR policy is worst at all. Usage of leave balance and over time work is difficult to get rewarded. Poor food and travel allowance. No respect for employees hard work. Blaming nature and fines on employees, increament release is like "....releasing soon..." Never expect our positions have given value. No health insurance given with company amount. No profits

At Innovare, only politicians will survive instead of Hard workers and there is no stability in management words every time they will keep on changing their words.

Dislikes

Everything is good at Innovare such as Each Department is headed by Promoter who doesn't know anything and they will act as if they are King to entire Kingdom. They will not believe employees and instead they will depend on consultants even they are wrong.

...equest don't choose this company and don't refer to anyone. Here no HR policies. Salary alway delay . Management expectations more but facilities zero. Management expectations working hours more than 12 hours. No increments. Who ever regisn that person will get salary revision . Data integrity more. No training and nos job security. If did anything wrong that day one last day.
