Join this company only if you are from kerala or keralite mentality, the salary they will provide is barely minimum. Aswell after sending you to client locations they won't pay you onsite allowance or travelling allowance. At last getting salary hike is very difficult aswell they won't pay your last salary.

IVL is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tech. I love the fact that I am a part of this organization that markets reliable, high quality products and services with huge client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

...t is adequately equipped to get resources for tasks to be performed efficiently. The compensation and benefits are good but some of the unique perks add to the job satisfaction. The work-life balance is valued and in general, efforts are made to ensure a healthy balance.
