Work environment was very good , learnt alot from Innoeye, team members Are also good & supportive company policy are good appraisals are fair thy give good salary hike and bonus every year!!

Salary is decent but career growth is slow!!

..., in the company leads behave with their team members like or worse than labour. Like they are working there as per day pay. There is no time limit you have the time to start the work or sometimes you don't have and no time fixed to close your work. Employees oftenly work for 24 hours as well.

The behaviour of leads and time of the company.

- Only Good for fresher. - Exposure to new technology. - Good pay, but it will goes against you when you switch (not as per market standards).

- Worst HR policies. - Unhealthy working environment. - People use abusive language. - Zero work life balance.

.... Very talented and supporting people. I have learnt and am learning a lot here. The pay scale is excellent as per Indore.

The work-life balance is extremely poor. Deadlines are very strict.

...leagues and seniors is always available, fixed working time as 9 hours in a day. salary is dependent on your performance, in short in innoeye, you are your own salary creator, the company works with many clients which are from US, Japan, Indonesia, Bangladesh. overall you will not regrate after joining the Innoeye.

All good, salary, timing, job security, training and career growth there is no problem at all.
