...leagues and seniors is always available, fixed working time as 9 hours in a day. salary is dependent on your performance, in short in innoeye, you are your own salary creator, the company works with many clients which are from US, Japan, Indonesia, Bangladesh. overall you will not regrate after joining the Innoeye.

All good, salary, timing, job security, training and career growth there is no problem at all.

Innoeye is salary based is very good company ,good think about innoeye is its backbone is java.it is only working on java project. Telecom sector is biggest software foresight and siteforge its a Reliance jio project. and epoint is a e-commerce project from jordan. Really if fresher want to big boom about his/her carrier to learn java more and more than he/she choice innoeye otherwise to search another place. All project in Innoeye java based project . if Guys have work here 2 year means, he/she 5 years experience person equally to MNC.

here is most of the time have a lot of work so,people have not have time to politics,work environment is good but some innovation is not here. this is biggest problem here u have a lot of knowledge about java spring,hibernate but not have learn innovative. and no working hours are more than 10 hours. No culture activity in our company only doing work every time. No transport facility,no education assistance,no soft skill training,no job training,no cafeteria, means nothing provide . not celebrate any functions.

Precision, robust, and stable application. Work on multi threading. Ui which is consistent for variety of devices. App which can be ran smoothly on lower as well as higher end devices. To develop Memory and battery optimized app. You will do a lot of RND and learn about telecommunication.

Dislikes

Some team leader are too good, supportive whereas some are too bad . It'll be you luck if you got bad team leader your annual salary appraisal will be too low. You'll work late at night and come back early next day. It may happen that your boss scream at you in highest pitch possible even if you had worked for 2 days consecutively just because of 1 bug discovered by testers. Increment here as of 2017 is 20, 30, or 40 percent of current salary. It all depends on your current salary.
