- People are really warm and helpful at InMobi overall. - Good pay at the beginning but the appraisal cycle is unsatisfactory - A very people-centric company where you'd feel supported at all times.

Dislikes

- Non-design folks tell you what and how to design which is not beneficial for a designer's growth in the long run. - Design Managers report to non-design professionals who do not understand how design and design tools work which creates chaos and misunderstanding, ultimately causing frustration to the entire design team.

Dislikes

No tech enhancement. Management doesn't have clear roadmap and no job security. Hike is delayed. People are fired all of a sudden. Work doesn't help you improve your skills and learn new things.

Dislikes

No passion, No innovation, No Strategy, No Vision and sometime unrealistic vision with really bad execution
