-This company had great opportunity while they were hiring employ. -Team members were experienced and ready to support for your work. -Seniors were very supportive to help you growing in your field. -Proper visits to exhibitions, buying office etc.

Dislikes

-Late salary(sometimes a week and gradually 1-month late) -No proper follow ups for upcoming work. -No career growth opportunity. -Nobody talked about innovative ideas after few seniors left. -No facility like medical insurance or PF. PF was for namesake. -There is no job security, they asked for many employ to exit without settlement. -Poor vendor relationship due to payment issues. -At the end they announce bankruptcy for company(as it happened with 2 companies which they started eg. Scott’s garments & Inmark) & employ are left with no hope, they take legal action and it’s takes a long long time to fetch the pending salary of few months. -Had a poor experience while leaving the firm.
