Nothing is to like at inmantec, worst college I have ever worked with, they have not given salary for three months to their employees in covid crisis. I personally prefer not to join this college ever.

The working culture in Inmantec institutions is really appreciable as you balance your work and personal life really well here.. the only disadvantage working here is that there is no growth to fresh candidates but yes its recommended for experienced ones. high job security !!

Dislikes

politics exists here because people working here are mostly free after their lectures so they gossip and do a lot of politics. The management needs to improve at the right time before it starts degrading because any workplace grows because of its employees and u need to understand which employee needs to be retained. because the organization needs employees who have a vision of doing something, are capable of bringing changes into the existing system.
