According to me if you are working hard work and get salary as you want you as you should work hard but but they believe your senior should be or who is personal senior, policies is you should work as your HR says or your boss says,they want wark per as Chinese work. Management is good but policies is not satisfactory.

Company working terms were good but local staff totally Orcus to went your a single month profarmens goes has been down.

It always gives the chance to new faces ..as it avoids to give more salary to the Existing Employees

There is no predefined SOP which is followed by Company ,They can take immediate decision favouring to Company . By which no any employee feel secured

Skills development is good person can develop him self and learn meaning more think.. If you work 1st time at corporate level then you can learn many more think

They never give growth and salary Very less people they provide growth in salary and destination as well If people are close with manager level person then they take growth

I love that I am part of oppo family, oppo making a good quality of smart phone in higher range model with different features as same company did.i like also r-hire policy.

...urs start 9am to 11:30 pm means no personal life u can enjoy with your family No salary appraisal in year. No insurance to any employees. No esic card provide by company to employees

...ent is less transparent. There is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are not fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
