Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The Learning part was good, they had designed a good curriculum for the trainees and the schedule was also good on paper only.

Dislikes

No Salary even after working for almost 7 months, they had promised to give us paid internship after 3 months of training but their training lasted for over 5 months and even after working for almost 2 months we did not even get a single penny.
