... and 1 face to face interview which was done over a period of more than a month. I can confirm that I was selected because I was asked to submit my documents (salary slips, appraisal letter, ID proof etc.). Later on, after submitting documents they said I was being kept on hold. Didn’t make sense as to what they were looking for. I was also asked to give 2 professional references out of which 1 had to be of my current manager. To which I spoke with my current manager that I will need his reference as I was selected for this position and would be soon resigning. Needless to say, it caused a lot of problems with my current job and on top of the mental agony that I went through. Also, I was very clear from the first call about my salary, experience, and my expectations. Calling a spade a spade, have to say the office looked good and the people working over there fine. But the entire interview process was shoddy to say the least. To INI Farms: If you have selected a person then just go ahead with it. If not then don’t ask for documents and references.

This company is very Employee Oriented. starting from Top Management (CEO/Owners) to the Bottom level, Employees are very Supportive and coordinative. 70% people are Legacy employees of an organization. as they are with the company since more than 5/10/15 years. They have seen the company growth and have witness the entire journey. All stake holders are very much experienced and supportive to their Team. Day by Day the organization is approaching to new heights and growing in terms of Business ,Employees Strength and providing existing employees growth and opportunities. Above all, Job Satisfaction and Job Security is there in the organization.

I have learned to much thing from ini farms. I like to work with teammates like ini. Training session conducted by ini was very helpful for me. I like working culture and environment of ini farms.
